¡ñ Absorption asphalt effect£ºGSMA cellulose fiber can be used as a stabilizing agent when added into SMA mixture aggregate,which will fully absorb the surface and internal asphalt, increase the usage of asphalt and thicken the asphalt film,then the durability of the mixture will also be improved.
¡ñ Stabilization effect£ºGSMA cellulose fiber makes asphalt film more stable,especially high temperature season in summer, because asphalt expands when heated,cellulose¡¯s internal space will be a buffer room and prevent the the asphalt film becoming free bleeding asphalt. Asphalt contraction in cold winter, fiber¡¯s flexibility can prevent cracking .Cellulose fiber is also good for asphalt road¡¯s stability.

¡ñ The shorter of fiber length,the smoother of the product surface.
¡ñ If you use dissolver,we recommend to add cellulose fiber in the last process.
¡ñ In low viscosity and temperature bitumen,it may cause precipitation phenomenon,which can be solved by magnesium silicate and Igneous silicate.
¡ñ When the bitumen mixture is used in airless spraying,workers need to choose fiber type according to nozzle size.
¡ñ With the use of batch charter,it can not only enhance mixing accuracy,but also control the quantity at every time.
¡ñ Recommended mixing time:40-60seconds more than common concrete mortar.
